Praveen Holdings does not guarantee specific business results and its liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the service in question.
Fees are billed as agreed. Payment is a requirement for the provision of the service. No refunds are offered for services already rendered, unless a contractual breach on our part is determined as established by applicable law.
The materials and methodologies provided are the property of Praveen Holdings. The client agrees to treat all non-public information received as confidential. Both parties will protect each other's sensitive information shared during the professional relationship.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. The client will remain obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date. The clauses on confidentiality and intellectual property will remain in effect after termination.
